Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping. For the inspection he showed me pictures of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. Dan Ryan spent a good deal of time planning how to deal with some odd features with our roof and was more thorough than the other companies in the planning stage. He worked quickly with the insurance adjuster three times. His crew was punctual and professional and kept the site clean. No surprises except some bad decking which Dan worked with the adjuster to cover. The whole job was completed in 12 hours. I would use them again.

They tore a roof off my deck which was not in the quote at no extra charge. They also accidentally broke a landscape light and Joe re-imbursed us at well over replacement cost without any questions or hassle.
