"I highly recommend Robert from Mr. Handyman. He was prompt and professional. He replaced the glass for my storm door, including the light bulbs for my ceiling. He also clean up the workspace afterward. The work was completed efficiently. I'll definitely hire him again."

"We were VERY happy with Don's performance and plan to hire him again for work in one of our bathrooms.   He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable about many areas of home remodeling and repairs.   In addition to his friendly demeanor,   he also gave us some great suggestions to save us some money.   He worked non-stop for the time that was agreed to via the Angie's List Coupon.     Across the board,  a GREAT experience!"

"Alex was thorough. They were flexible due weather delays on the roof repairs."

"After many people tried to fix a leak and failed, 4x4 Hime Improvements succeeded! The guys were competent, punctual, kind, polite and got the repair done. I was very pleased with their service. Thank you 4x 4 🙏😊"

"I recently had my bathroom renovated by James and Derek and I couldn't be happier with the results. They also did my floors , doors and other projects. They did a beautiful job and showed great patience throughout the process. James is a man of his word-when he says they will be there, they are and stay until the project is complete. It is refreshing to work with such happy, honest, trustworthy professionals. I would highly recommend them—no need for me to look for another contractor again on my next project."

"highly recommend using HOME ADVISORS for home repair projects. I just recently had an extensive bathroom retile completed, concrete back wall to house, faucet repair. Project done by Val Construction. Val Construction did a beautiful job of making my second bathroom look like new. Thank you Val Construction for your hard work on yet another outstanding job. I might add I have been using their services for about one year. Very reliable. Hard workers. I can depend on them."

"We completely redid our bathroom which included changing the layout, a very complex redo of plumbing lines, new concrete bathroom floor and installation of everything new and shiny. Dave was able to turn around this scary project into a wonderfully crafted beautiful looking bathroom. He is a very super detail oriented passionate artist. The project also included demo and installation of new tiles for the passage outside the bathroom and a new sliding barn door. Unlike other contractors, we had complete freedom in selecting the materials. Dave helped us throughout this tedious process via video calls and texts. Dave also had brilliant ideas and always gave us varying cost effective options for even the tiniest details. He was very transparent and patient with us. Thanks Dave and modern home improvements for this wonderful experience."

"Mark Salazar (Owner) arrived as scheduled and repaired the trim siding. I have used Mark on three other occasions.
The first time he put new siding on my house and completed the work in the estimated time.  He gave me a list of houses to look at that he previously put siding onHis workers picked up each day and placed everything in the dumpster he provided.  (Very clean). Cost was about $12K
The second time I used him was for roof repair. Previously we used Wizard Construction and our roof leaked because it was installed incorrectly.  At the time I did not know that RCS did roofs.  I called Mark in and he came over and agreed that the job was done improperly. Wizard Construction has since gone out of business.  He and his crew repaired the roof, again very clean work. Cost was about $4K, but that included removing the plywood underlayment as well
The third time was I wanted to add vinyl embellishments to the front of the house and to add new vinyl shutters and power washing. The total cost was about $1500.
I also recommended him to my next door neighbor and installed Hardyplank? siding."

"Service was done very professionally and new box looks great."

"Initial person was too chatty, too much information, overwhelming. Later more succinct. Workers who did test & insulation (blower door test to reveal air leaks). Workmen were sufficient and polite. Two years later discovered they had caulked Marvin windows which should NOT be caulked in order to wash them w/ moveable parts. It cost me $175 to have them repaired or caulking removed. This was done & I submitted a bill 11/13/14 and have not been reimbursed yet. Have called 2x's to remind, last time man said he thought it was done and he would see about it. That was 3 weeks ago the last time and 7 weeks from the first reminder. It is now 2/24/15."
