"i LOVE these guys. it kinda feels like the customer service i used to get back in the 60's and 70's. there was a wind "storm" that came through my neighborhood a while back. i faired pretty good but about 25-30 shingles blew off. i called ruddy's and they showed up pretty quick. mister ruddy had knee surgery, so his son showed up. he told me the roof was ok except for the shingles that blew off. he didn't have the type or color of shingle i needed and told me he would return at a later time. (this is where the service goes from good to fantastic)....the son tells me he doesn't trust the weather and does some kind of temp job on that tarpaper stuff and says he will return. talk about a good call. i had three good rain storms before he returned for the repair. i got the before and after pictures. the price was fair and i couldn't be happier with the final outcome. FINALLY.....the trifecta of a business. price, service, and professionalism (and just basically fun folks)"

"Kudos to CV Roofing, Tom Dragoo, and team! They truly provide exceptional service. After a moderately hard rain, we discovered water damage around a recessed light in the entry of our new home. This is an area where the metal roof comes together at many odd angles. We were very anxious as more heavy rain was expected within the week. Adding to our concern was the possibility of supply chain issues we'd read so much about. Tom Dragoo responded quickly and understood our sense of urgency. He assessed the issue, assured the materials needed were readily available, and scheduled his team; Who, btw, were remarkably punctual. And for contractors, that's saying something! We really appreciated the care Tom took to educate us on metal roofs, i.e. while metal roofs can indeed last 30+ years, the rubber grommets in Central Texas heat, do not. "Cody Bartlett came the next day after calling him regarding the missing shingles on my roof. He went onto the roof and did an inspection. Let me know that he could replace the missing shingles but that he also needed to seal some areas of the roof. He came over a few days later, replaced the shingles, sealed the areas. He had taken pictures so I could see before what needed to be done and after what he had done. It was great to be able to see both sets of pictures. He was great, polite and very professional. I would hire him again."
