"JG Comfort and Control installed the wrong (3 tonnes) coil in our inside unit (4 tonnes part and install warranted 10-years) and it blew our condenser. After 48h they finally sent a technician who confirmed our condenser was dead, but he received a call from his boss, who told him to leave the place immediately and when I called their office after some insistance to understand the next step, I got somebody who told me to « GO TO **** OFF MYSELF ». Never seen such unprofessional behavior, especially after doing such an install error"

I previously worked with 2 women who were interior designers that decided to dabble in the remodeling business. After a couple of years of remodeling, they decided that they would stick to interior design and would no longer require my services so when I got back from my honeymoon, they sat me down to breakfast to inform me that they were folding the remodeling portion of their business and that I was on my own. Being a newlywed, I knew that I had to do something and do it fast. I drove around town to houses that were for sale and wrote down the name and phone number that was on the listing in front of the house and called the realtor to ask them if there were any properties in which they needed quality, affordable repairs. After about a week of calling around to different realtors, I was introduced to a realtor by the name of Tim Kress who was extremely helpful in finding something for me to do. I didn't meet Tim personally until about 3 months after I started working with him and his team. He showed up on a job that I was doing for him and we talked for a short period of time and the rest they say is history.\n\nI have tried to keep my business small enough to keep it on a personal level. I do all my own work and I don't hire anything out. I have a helper most of the time, but you can be assured that I will be on the jobsite 99% of the time. My philosophy is if you are not going to give 100% to a project, then you should not even waste your time and energy on something that you are not going to be proud of when finished. I like to keep the customer involved in my day to day actions on their particular project. If you have any questions, I will try to answer them immediately or do my best to figure it out.
