"Kevyn called to let us know he was 10 minutes away. He cleaned out a second story gutter and the downspouts on the back side of the house. Then he washed all of our windows, inside and out, and left them sparkling clean, with clean window tracks. His manner is cordial and thoroughly professional. I think he was at our home for 3 to 3-1/2 hours. The only downside to the experience was the oil spot his truck left on our expensive driveway. When I told him about it after he was gone and I discovered it, he apologized, said he wasn’t aware his truck was leaking oil, and offered to come back and try to clean it off. I declined his offer, and elected to work on the spot myself. I don’t have before and after photos to show, but we were thoroughly pleased with the work Kevyn did for us, and will call him the next time we need the services he offers."

"We have hired JCA Landscape for numerous projects: 1. Move sprinkler control valves to a new location in yard. 2. Install paving stones in a 50 x 15ft area. This included the installation of a 50ft trench drain and a block wall in front of the deck. See pics 1 thru 4. pic4 is the before paving stones. 3. Dig/lay/cover ~60ft trench for electrical line between house and shed. 4. Replace water well shroud and repair water leak in the main water line to the house. All of the projects were completed in a timely manner. Their response to doing things that we asked along with changes, was professional and helpful. Many suggestions were given by them and accepted by us for the paving stone project. They have been the best contractors we have ever hired!"

"Nicholaus was great! So professional, punctual, always kept me in the loop while I was at work. It started with him just painting the fascia, but he noticed that my window frames needed peeled and repainted as well. He asked if I wanted that done too and I said absolutely! He went around my house and took off all the storm windows, peeled and sanded, and repainted them. He went to above and beyond what I had expected. He even power washed my entire house and washed my windows for no extra charge, removed my gutters and washed and replaced them better than they were before. It was about a 4 day job. "Superior Roof is a professional and customer focused company. The owners, Romel and Shelisa, care about their customers. They follow through as well. We scheduled our cleaning initially when the snow hit and we rescheduled a couple of times due to weather. The day of the cleaning, Romel came out the day of the cleaning and the roof came out great.
