"Snow removal. Last year we had decent service. This year 23/24 so far they have avoided, due to their new 1.5" minimum, avoided coming out twice now, so I had to do it. Not appreciated as I am 75. Am I supposed to hire a secondary to do it? Not happy, will be looking elsewhere next year."

They were very flexible in terms of the installation date, since we had no idea when our construction would be completed, and they were willing to hold the price that they quoted us.
