"All work performance and results were excellent, especially our condo remodel. We have used CT Enterprises several times over the last 10 years and continue to use them for any improvement work that arises in our home. On the condo remodel Chris had beautiful design ideas to open up the kitchen to the living space. He overcame hurdles swapping the sink from a wall to the island counter, adding electric and plumbing to fit all new appliances in our small footprint. CT painted and replaced flooring throughout, evened out the ceilings, renovated both baths and made the feeling cozy with great lighting. Great attention was paid to quality and details (even fixing the front door handle and matching wall outlet covers). We had CT enclose the balcony and added heat/AC. Thanks to the design ideas we have an indoor space that feels being outdoors with its own 'back porch' personality for our condo. We are in the thought process of moving and had Chris just do a walkthrough with us. He is spot on helping us identify what will both be value-add and cost effective, and he knows our personality to advise on style and design. Cam was our team’s leader and he was great, explained everything they were doing, and the repair is so good that you can’t tell the roof was ever damaged.
