"K&Y insulation upgraded my attic insulation to R60 w 20 “ of blown in cellulose. I selected K&Y from among many companies I researched, Carlos (owner) came promptly to do a thorough inspection of the attic & provided a detailed estimate of procedures, materials & labor. His quote was very competitive & he said it would be a full days work & could do the job the next day. They arrived At 9:30 & finished at 4:30. After they cleaned up, you wouldn’t have known they’d been there. He also provided a certificate of guarantee labor & materials from manufacturer. I’d highly recommend K&Y to anyone. What a wonderful family business.!!"

"Weather Shield was professional, thorough and conscientious.... qualities not always found in businesses today. I’m glad I used their service. They did a great job!"

"Ricardo was not the cheapest but knew what I needed in a room ruined by freeze/thaw action last winter. He went the extra step and installed ceiling insulation as well."

"It went really well. Robert Carroll really knows his stuff. Hire this guy. I say that without reservation of any kind. Don't look any further, believe me, I did. This is the smartest guy. He is honest, dependable, offers fair pricing, and his team can do all the work. I got several estimates from A+ rated insulation companies, but Robert was more knowledgeable than the other companies. He was the only one to point out that my soffits were not vented. Apparently, my house was built on the day no one was inspecting. The builder never cut open the soffits. That meant there was zero airflow going through my attic. The attic fan could run all day, but without air to move, it would not do any good. Only Robert noticed this and offered a solution to fix the problem! I asked some of the other A+ companies if they would vent the soffits and they all said they don't do that work, but they would be happy to add more insulation, which would not fix the problem if the attic was not vented."

"Foy's Final Touch was highly recommended by a friend who had him insulate her entire condo complex. When he came to give an estimate, he also identified issues with my soffit vents and dryer vent. While discussing the project, I informed him that several outlet boxes did not have the required outlet box covers. He said he noticed that the outlet boxes were not covered and said he could make it part of the project. He made a date for the work and showed up on time. He showed me what materials they were going to use and how the work was to be done. He and his crew cleaned out the old insulation and debris, prepared the attic crawlspace with â depth gaugesâ to insure installation of the new insulation to the required depth for the proper "R" value. They opened the soffit vents and added panels for proper ventilation. They also "corrected" a roof dryer vent with a roof vent of the correct design. Mr. Foy took pictures of my dryer vent duct insides showing the lint buildup before and after he corrected it by installing the proper roof vent and duct work. After the work was completed, I noticed my furnace is not running as much or as long as before and my dryer dries better and in less time. He and his crew are all about the work. They have a serious work ethic and take great pride in their work. I highly recommend them."

"We had ARC Insulation out to our house for mold remediation and insulation installation recently. We would like to extend our appreciation and overall endorsement of their services. Adrian and Eleazar arrived at our house on time and promptly prepared the house for the installation. They took extra care to insure that the procedure would be completed safely, cleanly, and accurately. We were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic. Both employees were personable and displayed a willingness to perform a job which would represent the company in a favorable light. It is reassuring that there are companies which are committed to a high degree of professionalismâ ¦and ARC Insulation is one of them. We highly recommend them for those looking for mold remediation and/or insulation. We would not hesitate to use ARC Insulation again if the need should arise. An enthusiastic five stars."

"A very professional company. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, explaining the full insulation install process. All work was performed on time, as promised. The crew took care to cover rooms/furniture and performed a full clean up once they were finished."

"I recently had Attic Pro of New Lenox, IL install blown-in insulation as an upgrade to my existing attic setup, and the results have been fantastic! My main reasons for doing this were to boost energy efficiency and cut down on those skyrocketing heating and AC bills—our old insulation just wasn’t cutting it anymore, especially with Illinois winters and humid summers. Within the first month, I’ve already noticed a huge difference: the house stays warmer in the cold without cranking the heat, and cooler in the heat. For the first time I am looking forward to seeing my next utility bills. The team at Attic Pro was top-notch from start to finish. They provided highly personalized service and paid incredible attention to detail—inspecting every nook, sealing air leaks, and ensuring the blown-in material was evenly distributed for maximum R-value. No cookie-cutter job here; they tailored everything to my needs."

"Did a blow door test before and after the insulation job to check for any unaddressed leaks. Very thorough work, highly recommended"

"Great company to work with. Consultation and estimate process was thorough and transparent. Work was excellent and exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for insulation work."
