"We needed to connect our patio to our deck stairs and lower concrete patio. We also had a steep slope we needed a stair-type solution to. Jake came out and went over the details with us. We decided to replace the current square concrete block patio under the pergola with a round paver patio that connected everything. Jake also recommended a large natural stone block stair to deal with the slope. After getting the estimate we were pleased and went ahead and paid the half up-front to get it on the books. They were able to start only a couple months later and spent a good week working on the project. The old patio was torn down and the blocks carefully stacked. Yard damage was minimized and a very nice patio and path was built. The initial stairs connecting to the concrete patio wasn't exactly what we wanted, and Jake had it rebuilt with no complaints and no additional cost. We are extremely pleased with how everything turned-out, and would definitely recommend them."

"<p>The description list of the work performed by Kerlin is really not an adequate reflection of how involved this project really was and how hard Josh and Matt worked over three (1 full, 2 half) days.  This sprinkler system is around 25 years old and needed to be fixed and updated starting with moving the backflow out of our finished basement.  Josh is a certified plumber and expertly handled moving the backflow outside without any mess or water leakage in the basement.  And, at my request, he dug a 6 ft trench outside so that the backflow would be hidden by a bush.  It was a hot August day and a lot of work digging a deep trench, adding pipe, etc.  Josh took a lot of care in his work and clearly paid attention to details (ie. putting booties over his shoes whenever he was in the house which I appreciated).  Josh and Matt worked on the outside sprinkler lines, heads, valves, etc   They had to locate the breaks, again a lot of digging was involved, pull out damaged line, replace with new, etc. Then move on to replacing heads, valves, fixing wiring, moving heads, etc.  It really was a time consuming, involved project.  Both Josh and Matt were very polite, professional, punctual, took time to explain details to us and we were very pleased with the quality of their work.  Everyone from Kerlin was polite and professional - from the estimate to work completion.  We will definitely have them continue to maintain our sprinkler system.  </p> <br />"

"Craig, the owner was professional and answered all of our questions thoroughly prior to signing a contract - and the company had excellent references within the area. There were several packages to choose from to meet our specific needs. The system is easy to use and Craig is very responsive if we have any questions. His team was on time and took very care of our lawn. The only downside was that you may have to book 3-6 weeks out in the summer as they are very busy (because they are so good)."
