"The arborist arrived on the scheduled date. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He looked at my ailing crabapple in the front yard and suggested things I could do myself right away. Then he suggested having it sprayed next spring. He also looked at a couple redbuds in my back yard that are not as healthy as they used to be. He suggested fertilizing in the fall. About a week later, I received his complete written assessment and estimated costs in the mail. The prices were very reasonable. There was no charge for his diagnosis. They need to understand individual problems and understand what they are treating for and then figure out if the treatment is necessary or not. They just sell stuff but they don’t really care what the customer needs."

"They are wonderful. I never have to worry all winter long. I know my snow will be removed completely and in a timely manner. When I worked it was always by 7:00 a.m. unless there were extenuating circumstances. Now that I am retired I am cleaned out during the night or by around 8, it possible. They salt, because I ask them to, so I never have ice buildup on the driveway or walks. They close the back fence door so the dog can't get out. They are polite and hard working. With e-mail they send a message when we are expecting a storm and indicate their clean up plan. Then they update it during the storm. During one particularly bad storm they forgot to do my deck and I couldn't get the screen door open to let the dog out. I sent them a message and they were right here, within 15 minutes. <br /> <br /> Are they expensive? Perhaps more than some companies, but you are paying for dependability. If it means a lot to you to KNOW the snow will be removed, it's worth it. Now that I am on a fixed income they have set up payment terms with me so I pay a flat rate each month until the full bill is paid. Usually by  April.  They are very willing to work with me."
