Although I thought only one drain was clogged from my laundry room, the gentleman checked my water drain flow in my kitchen and saw that it was stopped up from that section of piping in my foundation too - they were wonderful in cleaning out both sections of the pipe for the same price originally quoted. "Rick was very knowledgable and his work seemed high quality to me.  Looking at the pipes under my sink before and after, the new pipes actually look "beautiful," if you can say that about pipes!  They are nice and perfect looking.  Sink drains so much better than before and no bad smell.  
He worked very hard to get my pipes back in working order as fast as possible (working late on some nights), and he made what could have been an unfortunate plumbing problem not quite so bad.

"We had to wait a while for InTouch to begin our work.  We had originally not been on any particular schedule, but noticed that others jobs seemed to jump ahead of ours.  We were about to contact other companies when they actually scheduled our work.
InTouch was one of three companies we contacted for estimates.  Theirs was actually the highest, but they seemed to be the most thorough so we were not expecting any surprise additional costs.  Thankfully, there were no unexpected costs, but there were some delays and things that had to be redone.
I was a bit disappointed that the owner was not on site more than he was.  He seemed to come by from time to time, but overall there was simply a crew of his workers with limited English language skills.
They washed, primed, and painted the entire exterior of my house.  They did the majority of the work quickly, but then seemed to let the finishing touches lag behind.  The job took a bit longer than we expected because the crew seemed to have moved on to some other job.  They did a good job -- not a great job, but most likely better than other contractors we spoke with.
They also did some minor carpentry work and painted one room in my house.  This interior work was an "add on" after they began the other work.
Based on the other painting contractors I had contacted, I will *probably* use InTouch again.  Overall, I would rate them an A- or B+.
