John and Kaden showed up on schedule if not slightly before they said they would and prepared the work place with drop cloths to protect our floors from the front door to the bathroom. They communicated everything and asked questions to determine our highest needs. Their plumber showed up with in half an hour and fixed the problem.Once they had completed the work each of the two days they cleaned up and you could not tell they had even been here except for the beautiful and functional shower that now sits in place of our old tub that was there. "I input information on HomeAdvisor looking to get an exterior faucet leak repair completed after it was left leaking worse from a failed repair yesterday while i was at the hospital..It was after hours when I arrived home and made the leak discovery. My water had already been off a full day due to another plumbing company's failed repair. Summit Plumbing wouldn't be open until 8am the following morning. What a pleasant surprise to have my phone ring at 7:55am with their scheduler telling me they could be here today between 1-3. Zac and another tech arrived after a calling me to confirm they were 10 minutes away and earlier than scheduled. Of course. Both very professional and pleasant. he reviewed the prior shoddy repair, wasn't derogatory about it , just told me how and what he could do to fix the other attempt , replaced the parts, repaired the leaks and water line, showed me what was done, planned for future repairs if ever needed with the way he did repair and and within 30 minutes the repair was complete, and my water was back on!
