"Excellent experience. Compared to all the other plumbers who came out an gave an estimate I could tell that Henco new what they were doing and showed confidence. Loren was an excellent problem solver and was able to accomodate my request to move the whole soil stack 5 feet to an exterior wall. Very happy with the work. An additional nicety was they had a "build back" guy (Chad) they had available to restore surfaces and paint. Very convenient. Finally, all projects have hiccups... mishaps can happen but I am glad to say Owen was very fair and reasonable to deal with. Overall I highly recommend Henco. "The job was well executed. Compliments to everyone at Speedy Septic. Hayden Buley was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate. I called several other septic system installers on listed on Angie's list who were either booked far into the future, or who did not respond to messages. Hayden made an appointment and came out to inspect the site as agreed and on time. He was very personable and professional. He set up a second meeting involving Mr. Rooter. He then provided an emailed cost estimate. One uncertainty in cost was whether the drain field needed to be replaced. This could not be determined until it was unearthed and inspected. Fortunately the drain field was still functioning well. A new distribution box was needed, and the drain field pipes were cleaned with the "Jetter" and all was well. The job took a little longer than planned due to bad weather. Our only winter snow and ice storms happened while the job was underway. We live on a fairly high hill and the snow and ice conditions were fairly bad, so I can't fault Speedy Septic for having the job take a little bit longer than planned. Then made sure that we had functioning toilets throughout most of the job, always when their work day was done. I'm happy to report that original cost estimate was very accurate. Compliments to all of the Speedy Septic and Mr. Rooter crew. They worked hard in some very cold and nasty weather to get the job done."

"Summit plumbing was fabulous from start to finish on my project. I hired them for a tub to shower conversion in my condo. Bob (one of owners), and Tyler did such a great job and were extremely easy to work with. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. When done, I had a minor problem with water leaking from the pivot shower door. The day I called, Bob was at my house within the hour and came again the next day when the issue wasn't initially resolved I'm happy to say he fixed the leak and I'm very happy with my new shower. Everyone I worked with or spoke to on the phone was always very helpful and responsive. Fantastic customer service. I would highly, highly recommend Summit Plumbing and would hire them again.
