"He was able to bypass the water heater until the new one arrives"

"Big Val's was the best! We wanted our old home with its 5 different pipe materials repiped and a new water heater to better serve us and our Airnbnb guests. Considering the needs of our guests, we needed to minimize the time we'd be without service as well. They talked us through a few options very clearly, then knocked out the job over two days. We are impressed by their skill, the quality of their work, and the value for the work done. Highly recommend them!"

"great service, very careful about the staying safe in my home during the installation of my hot water tank."

"Matt and Ryan did a great job replacing our main waterline. Great communicators and project came in on budget and on time. Super happy and highly recommend!!"

"Kent with PIPESMITH plumbing was very professional and did an amazing job while doing plumbing in my house!"

"I hired Big Vals to check out a chemical smell coming from my bathroom. They found that my shower floor tile grout was leaking water into my sub floor, which had dry rot. While Big Vals didn't do the type of restoration work I needed, they put me in contact with a company that does. The other company was out to look at it and give me a repair estimate the next day."

"Wanted to charge me 600$ just to replace a shower faucet cartridge. So I paid the 100$ appointment fee and had them tell me the part number so i could order it off amazon for 30$ and replace it myself. I already did the disassembly of the faucet myself and they still wanted to charge me 600$ for 10 min replacement"

"I called Henco’s after I had another company come out and give me and estimate and to look at our water heater. The first company immediately gave me the doom and gloom “this water heater’s going to blow up at anytime, you need to replace it today”! (They just so happened to have a new one in their truck) I said I’d get back to them and then promptly called the second plumber on my list. The owner was very kind and gave me his opinion without trying to get business. I asked if he could come out and give an estimate on repair/replacement, he had someone here within a couple hours. Owen was very nice and honest, he said our water heater was NOT going to blow up, but it was leaking (we already knew, that’s why we called). He didn’t push any sales on us but we asked for a quote on replacement. His quote was MUCH less than the previous guy and Owen explained the differences in the water heaters available. We placed our order, a few days later they came and installed it. The two guys who came were very nice and professional, did an awesome job and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this company."

"On the spendy side for service calls and 15 minute labor only job, but got it done."

"The problem was corrected in a timely manner. It was professionally accomplished with wonderful customer service. Jesse did the job to our satisfaction and more"
