IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced. As the existing attic space was evaluated, the contractor found that I actually had a hole in my roof and the initial roofing work had been subpar. The defects were explained and I could see I really needed a whole new roof. I was given choices of shingles and learned about a new product that helps to prevent moss growth on the roof. The roofers worked together and very efficiently. Also the work was done with care as to not damage my gardens. They cleaned the area up nicely at the end of the day. My neighbor noticed my roof and asked if my contractor would evaluate his roof. The contractor did so that day. He also had his roof replaced right after mine. So nice we received our new roofs right before the fall through spring rain started.
