"I'm new to the area and wasn't sure I needed it done. Most of my neighbors don't use a blowout service. But coming from a colder climate I decided to err on the side of caution. I bought the service through Angie's List and the pricing was in line with other places I used this type of service. We talked about the spring turn on and what other services they might provide. It's a small system that needs some tweaking and heads that need fixing. They asked if I"d like to be on their spring turn on list - and that is a definite YES!  Makes it easy for me because I don't have to think about it and try to find their contact info. I had a service I used for years at a another location and I always had to chase them down to get the sprinkler taken care of.  This was easy peasy, friendly, informative, professional.

"Palm Construction is more than decks. They built a beautiful Trex Deck. Then they replaced all the old flooring in the house with wood grain vinyl. Also a beautiful job. Very responsive to our concerns and questions."

"Vladim and his coworker did a great job in our Kitchen remodel. They were always on time and were very precise in their cutting and measurement. There were a few cabinets that didn't fit properly, they did a custom cut on those and managed to install them."

"Thanks, guys! I appreciate the good work. This team responded to my request quickly and came onsite to scope the work. The newel post was loose at the base of the stairs. They inspected the stair post support under the floor thru the crawl space. They gave me a 2 part plan - first, re-enforce the support under the post, then re-enforce post from sides, if needed. They only needed to re-enforce the post from the crawl space. Newel post is now solid and with no movement. They arrived on-time and work was done in about an hour."
