"The concrete was old, cracking, and was just ugly, so I decided to increase my curb appeal by having it removed and replaced. I entertained 4 bids, 3 from local business and 1 from Portland. I chose Joel because he made the best presentation and offered me the most options, and I'm glad I did. Kailui is a local company (a must for me) and a family company (Joel's son works for him). All of his workers were friendly, conscientious, and did little extras to show they care about what they do. I enjoyed the process and am enjoying the end result.
