"First, I set up an appointment and then he called that the morning and said he just gotten his truck booked and he had all his equipment there. He made it for later and he made it for next week really early. He came back by and he tested everything and was supposed to make sure everything was working. I had these two outer beds that had these old tubing. They're identical. They're kind of like twins and there's a gate in between. He did one and not the other. I went out and figured out he hadn't done that. It was kind of weird and he said "Yeah, you sort of have a problem with this and then this and then this and they just need a little bit of help", and I said "Okay, great", and he said "Your control system doesn't work. It's like clock is shut. it doesn't work anymore", and he said "I'll try the breaker. We'll try that", but it didn't work. He said "You need a new one. That's $150-200", and I said "Okay, when can you fix this?" and he says "I'm too busy right now, but next week I will come out and fix it", but anyway, in the mean time I told my husband and he goes out to the clock and uses a nine-volt battery, puts the battery in and it was fine. So I didn't need the $150 clock. There were other things that I was going to have him fix, just a little changing the head out of a couple of sprinklers, but he never called me back. I told him that I wanted him to come out and do it and he said "I'm too busy this week. I will do it next week", and then he never called back. I called a couple of times and never reached him. I expected him to get a hold of me because I told him I wanted to do that work but he never did. I didn't get a hold of him but I didn't leave a message because I wanted to tell him that the clock didn't work. It was kind of weird because I thought he should be smart enough to know that just a nine-volt battery would fix the clock. Instead I almost had him replace it with a new one. But at the same time, he was nice. It's really hard for me to know whether to give him a negative review because it could all be accidental, but it was kind of a lot stuff so I ended up with the negative. He never called me back. I tried a couple of times to call him but it just went to voicemail. I didn't leave a message because I wanted to do it directly."

"I called R&R NW on a Friday to get an estimate on repairing my drip system. Miguel answered me by text that day and asked if I would like him to come out the next day to look over the job. We set a time for 8:30 am and Miguel and his wife Norma promptly showed up at the scheduled time. I installed this drip system myself and had struggled to get water pressure up to my elevated deck for years! I asked them to install a new system just for the deck. Miguel said that was not necessary. He will fix the existing system. Miguel asked if it was OK to come out the following day ( Sunday ) to do the work. I couldn't believe how much service I was getting. Miguel and Norma replaced the pressure reducer that was leaking. They then found a leak in the 1/2" supply line that was buried. Still no water to the deck plants. Miguel thought for a moment and then got to work. He added a T to the 1/2" supply line after the pressure reducer and ran a separate 1/2" line right to the deck. The drippers immediately started working like a charm! They fixed my engineering mistakes with a smile. I am so happy with their work, service and price. R&R Northwest will be back to fix my lawn sprinklers next! Thank You Miguel and Norma! We love your business!"
