"After 29 years, it was time to replace our 25-year roof. Ansen did the job! Derek was very helpful in helping us choose the correct color. Lots of choices, all quality products. Very informative. Price was very reasonable. Scheduling was great & reliable. He called the evening before to confirm after checking the weather (it was so-so for a few days). If it rains, they have to reschedule. He said they crew would show up around 7:15AM +/- 15 minutes. I got the call at 7:15 as they pulled up to my house. The actual noisy part of the work began around 9 AM to be respectful to the neighbors. 6 sheets of plywood had to be replaced. Derek showed me where and why. He used 1/2" plywood (code) - Douglas fir (quality). Job was completed on time. During the original estimate he recommend replacement of the gutter guards which was also done. Clean-up was thorough. He had to come back once to fix a small problem with a vent hose. He was there when he said he would. He also gave me an extra package of shingles should repairs ever be needed. "I called Gina electric because of a smell of wires burning by a thermostat. I spoke with Sal and he said he could get someone there next day or day after. That night received a email saying they will be there tomorrow between 1-2pm. The service guy was on time and repaired a bad connection that was burning. He also checked the other thermostats to make they were OK. Would use him again if needed."
