"Our painting work looks great!! Used this company to paint a large section of our home that includes living room, hallway, 2 story foyer, and upstairs hallway. Everyone is very personable and easy to work with! Chris always responds to texts/calls within minutes! Phil did an excellent job with the largest portion of the painting with tons of attention to detail! He even offered to remove the ugly surround sound speakers installed by the previous homeowner and did the drywall repair. There is NO paint anywhere it shouldn t be. We have 2 young kids and Phil and Jessica were beyond friendly and courteous to them also. Very thoughtful and talented people! Can t beat the price either!! We received multiple estimates for the same job and these guys deliver for a significantly better deal and get it done quickly! Before we met them, we were hesitant to hire because they don t have as many reviews on here as other companies and contractors... but they re definitely great! Bob and his crew did extensive renovation work of my rental condominium on the Gold Coast in Lakewood. All rooms were renovated with limited work done in the bathroom. Excellent work and great attention to detail. I have other rental condominiums that I will absolutely use Great Lakes Painting and Construction to renovate. Working with Bob and his crew was great, hard workers and they took pride in their work. I will absolutely use them to do work in my home."

Even hung a ceiling light and ripped out carpeting (meticulous about finding all the staples) and very precise and cleaning up was spotless. "Work was started promptly in early July and accomplished efficiently, until it slowed down and dragged on. Crew was pleasant and capable.   Work was finally completed in mid-November, after dispute over final payment. Major work was well done overall but the finishing up was not as well done. To successfully work with Buccilli Contractor it is essential that the contractor's proposal specify all work to be performed.  I accepted a general kitchen remodel proposal and then had a dispute over $2,000 for installation of backsplash, which I believed to be part of proposal.  Dominic Buccilli is a decent man and we resolved the issue.
