The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. In talking to the technician and looking at the roof, I learned that my gutters were most likely too small for the roof surface area and some of the gutters on the second story were definitely off kilter.
