"As always, the team at All Star A/C & Heating Services here in Houston came through for us. Air went out in the downstairs unit at my kids home. It turned out to be a capacitor and the fix was only $269! We have been so happy with the honest and fabulous service that we’ve had with these guys for a decade now that we would never even consider calling someone else. We had been ripped off by other companies in the past who replaced entire units that were only a few years old rather than servicing just what was needed. All Star was founded by a couple of guys who got tired of working for dishonest companies that encouraged them to replace unnecessarily, and just wanted to do the right thing in their lives and work. Thanks again for being decent and honest. You’re the best! For anyone needing AC/heating services, I recommend these guys wholeheartedly. On a 10 point scale, they’re a 10+"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I am very thankful to have found GM Appliances. They were very responsive to get me scheduled for my LG refrigerator repair. They called the manufacturer to handle the warranty details. Their pricing was less than I expected. They were very polite and communicative throughout the entire process. The service technician was professional and knowledgeable about my particular brand of refrigerator, which happen to be difficult to do work on according to several other companies that wouldn’t even accept my repair job. GM Appliance is a rare company these days. They were fair and treated my like I was their only and best customer. I cannot recommend them enough."
