He unplugged the dryer, plugged it back in, found out it was in fact heating, and then checked out the entire system entirely and carefully, making sure to recheck everything twice. Please be sure to call when you say you will, specially after taking credit card information. Also - get some professional receipts with phone numbers printed on them. Oven works great, repairman was wonderful. Fix the little things and you'll be 5 star."

"Gary was awesome! He fixed everything, even tricky things that required a few different tries to find the right solution. This is especially great for jobs that require different specialties - no paying multiple service fees and then having a half finished job, i.e. a fixed leak but drywall that still has to be repaired - he does it all! He was able to get all the parts, caulk, etc. so we didn't have to find them which saved us a huge hassle because he knew just what was needed and in just what amount. Gary even gave me advice on how to fix small things so I wouldn't have to call him or someone else which was super helpful! His estimate was very thorough so we knew exactly what different things would cost and could kind of pick and choose what we wanted to have him fix. His work was to the highest standard and everything looks fantastic. He works hard and is so courteous and professional! Gary is the best and I would highly recommend him!!"

"They were wonderful, professional and friendly.  We bought our Kenmore double ovens from Sears. However, when the oven arrived it was the wrong size. It was too small inside and would not fit a nice size turkey. Before the oven was unpacked, these gentlemen came inside and measured the existing space and suggested  that we get a bigger oven. Following their wonderful advice, we were able to refuse delivery and go back to Sears and order a bigger oven. Originally, when we ordered the oven, the store did not have a floor model and we were not sure what size to get. Part of the problem was that the previous GE oven was old and the manufacturer had changed specifications and sizes. After the new oven arrived, we were able to re-schedule delivery and these wonderful, strong men installed our new double oven.

I have received several compliments on the pool  The project stayed on budget as well.  And even though my home was outside their service area, Norris Pools contracted with another vendor in the area to provide pool service at a reasonable cost.  I am very pleased with the job that Norris Pools did on my project and would not hesitate to use them again.  I highly recommend their service."
