Removed the old TV, re-used the old mounting brackets saved us ~$100, then they rewired everything behind the wall. Then they powered it up and showed us how to run everything. Now we have internet TV, YouTube, Netflix, Amazon and cut our cable bill."

A week went by no estimate, no communication so I called him only for him to say he would get it to me that evening. I wait another 3 days and still no estimate. If this is how he communicates for just an estimate I can imagine how he would be on the job. A professional courtesy would've been just to say I cannot give you an estimate or am not willing to do the job either way I wouldve respected that instead of lying or stringing a potential customer along.
