"It was a Monday of the New Year, when everybody was off and two guys came out. We were surprised that they came on that day. They were here for over three hours and they got all kinds of things hooked out of the sewer. They pulled them out and showed me, and I thought that that’s gone. Two guys for over three hours, I didn’t think that $150 was bad at all."

"First of all, this was a job that was partially paid for by the city of Superior, and the part that I was responsible for was to be about $1200.00.  They were to come in and put in a sump pump and new back flow valve into my sewer system. the also had to install a waste water line for my washer(this was the part I had to pay for). They did show up on the day they were supposed to and the guys the sent over were people I knew. the guys were great to talk to and worked very hard.  it did take them 2 days longer to do than they originally planned on, but some very cold weather forced them to help other people with frozen pipes.  I did not have any problems with using my sewer while they were gone, but did have to deal with a torn up basement for 2 days longer than I wanted too. <br /> They came back and finished up the job, poured concrete and cleaned up the mess they had made and made sure the sump pump was working as it should.  they showed me what they had done when they were done and told me what I needed to know. <br /> they only charged me $550.00 dollars for the work they did, which was awesome for me. <br /> I would recommend them for a job like this anytime. <br />"

"Blakeman was one of four contractors I contacted.  They and one other were similar with cost of the brand we wanted.  Unlike the other two with vague estimates they were able to schedule when we were available. Blakeman was receptive to receiving digital photos of the various possible placements and potential problems. (The unit was for our cabin, about an hour's distance).  They forwarded the photos and measurements I provided to their experts and thoroughly explained our options.  When they arrived for the installation they knew what do expect and despite an unforeseen problem were prepared and able.  The installers were terrific, checked everything with us, clean and careful and friendly. The units are excellent; we should have done this years ago.  Blakeman proved to be an excellent choice. <br />"

"Follow up was awful. I called for a problem and got no response. This includes many, many texts, phone calls and a visit to his home and talked with his wife. Another provider even talked to him and told him to contact me. He still would not. My boiler was under warranty as well. It was absolutely disheartening. I gave him every chance to make it right. He never did. Other providers have said that people have complained that he does not get back to clients. I was so pleased with the work he did originally and I recommended him to several people. After this experience I can't in good faith recommend him. I am being kind here with no reason to be. If you need service in northern wisconsin then use someone else. <br />"
