"Alan is incredible. I've had a big complicated window treatment job I've been dreading - thinking it would have tons of issues, hard to get right, and thinking that it would cost a fortune. Alan came yesterday and did everything absolutely perfectly for SUCH a reasonable price. Hardware and curtains/shades are an art to hang and he totally nailed it all. In one room I had 3 windows for Alan to hang cafe curtains with some hardware I had purchased that didn't perfectly fit the window depth -- he made it all work perfectly. In another room I had him install outside-mount shades on five 90-inch windows, and then he hung a continuous curtain rod above the 5 windows around the 3 windowed walls with corner elbow bracket things and a piece that connects the rod to the 4th wall instead of finials. A lot can go wrong with that type of rod but he did it flawlessly --everything is just the right height, so straight, without a single mistake or unused hole in the wall. He's super easy to communicate with when scheduling and nice to have around. I'd hire again in a heartbeat -- he is just great!"

"David and Steve were most professional to deal with in upgrading and expanding our buildings security camera system. Communications were prompt from David and Steve did an excellent job, even though there were a couple of "curve balls" tossed his way during the installation. "Install guys were nice and clean. They did forget to seal the gas exhaust pipe properly. A tech came back out that night to seal the PVC piping after I called them about it. Nice reaction but letting carbon monoxide exhaust leak into my basement in the first palce was not a quality job. The salesperson while polite was not aware that the three zone heating on my existing equipment was not compatible with the new Carrier system to be installed. Rather than confirm it with his manager he stated specifically that there would be no problem and the techs would demonstrate the zone heating before they left. Halfway thru the install the techs let me know that the zone controls would not work with the new system and I had to pay extra to make that work. Ok, lesson learned, never accept what the salesperson says only what they write on the order. Eventually I paid for the new board to be installed. Of course the new board is a special order and a week later and multiple calls I still do not have a date for if and when the install will be completed even though I have paid in full. Why the Install team does not confirm that the equipment is on order and when it might be installed is beyond me. I am patient but they need to keep the customer informed. As to the new Carrier Heat Pump and Gas furnace. Working beautiful now that they have sealed the exhaust pipe."

"Was able to get the contractor(John) to my home very quickly. He did an inspection to detect any moisture in the walls and ceiling and took air samples for testing. Received results in about 3 days. He took the time to go over the results and explain them to me. Fortunately I did not have a problem so remediation was not necessary."
