So when we received his quote within about 48 hours, we decided to hire him even before the next contractor came to do a quote. Robert came right on time every day. He works alone. When he hung the new cabinet doors he noticed a defect on the surface of one of the doors. I am not sure that my wife or I would have noticed it or even thought it was a problem, but Robert pointed it out to us and said it was not acceptable. He promised to replace the door and explained that it would take a few weeks because it needed to be reordered and then finished. Anyway, Robert came today and replaced the door.
