After an extremely successful basement renovation a few years ago, he and his team were the only people we wanted to tackle the work. Always professional, punctual and respectful of our home and our family, JBL breaks the all too common trope of the shady unreliable contractor. Dave and his team repaired the plumbing, redid the walls and ceiling, tiled the floors, electrical and painted all the while keeping us constantly informed and updated to their progress and any unforeseen issues. With JBL, I didn’t have to once worry about the job not being done and/or not being done right and as working parents of a toddler, that is a gift. "Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. They replaced and installed a medicine cabinet by removing old tiles and replaced with new tiles to accommodate the new one. Patched a wall where a bathroom cabinet was removed. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"
