He came within 2 hours that same day to give me a free estimate and determine what work including all the permits needed to be done. I picked a relatively short turn around time to complete the work which included upgrading from 100 amps to 200 amps and taking out and installing new box and outside circuitry. Leo gave me a written estimate, itemized and emailed it to me and work was done within a week. When his team arrived they were on time with all of the necessary supplies and started working. One of the most details I saw in his work was that he was there at the work site the entire time making sure his crew was doing everything right and completing the work on time.
