Richard responded immediately for estimate, we agreed, completely repaired CORRECTLY. Started work w/in 5 days of estimate. Repaired in 1 day. Great service, very professional, punctual and fair pricing. Only wish we had Staten Island Fence do original install. We will definitely recommend and contact them for future projects."

"I like them a lot. I thought the agent that came out was very good. He gave me I thought a good estimate with all the factors taken into account. There was a woman at the office that I was going to go look at fencing. Unfortunately, I broke my leg and I have a cast on; I haven't been able to get there. So far I can say the company I think is very highly rated. The cost varies according to requirements. I haven't gotten a solid estimate. I've taken a look at other things but nothing that I would compare to them. On pricing, I think they're fair. I think their product is good, the quality of the workmanship seems to be excellent, and I haven't had it installed yet. That's just a guesstimate. "Each of the interior and exterior teams had a team leader who was responsible for managing the project, getting my input and making sure I was kept updated at all times, most of which they accomplished with text messages. They tried to be as unobtrusive as possible and did a good job sticking to the schedule. 
In several cases, I had things that had been bothering me for years, doors that didn't close right; when I mentioned them to the team leader, these things were put right. They also helped me understand which things I could do myself to keep the price down, so that helped me manage the tab. 
They were excellent at covering things, making sure to clean up afterwards, and put the furniture back in the right place using their cell phone cameras to remember the layout.
