"The team confirmed the day before, advised when they were 10 minutes away & arrived 10 minutes earlier. They came prepared with tools, professional, cleaned up. This is what truly impressed me, they removed a three sectional wall unit. The majority of it was glass, including the glass shelves, not one piece of glass broken from the time they took it apart from the time that we removed it from the apartment kudos!!!! He arrived with his crew on time and within six hours had knocked down two sheds that had been partially burnt from a fire and about 70 feet of burnt fencing. "Joe and his crew were amazing! They got a job done that no other pro before them was able to complete. I needed a very old antique heavy steel furnace taken up from the basement and hauled away. It took three of them (big strong guys) to wrestle it up the stairs and it was so tight they had to take the basement door off the hinges. These guys were VERY PROFESSIONAL, polite and friendly. They left the worksite clean. A job that others had given up on, they worked together and got it DONE. I would use them again without hesitation. "Raul and his team did an amazing job! We had a 2000+ square foot basement that was packed wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling with several generations of junk, tools, broken furniture, decrepit boxes, etc. that would have been far too much for us to handle by ourselves. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and within two days the whole basement had been cleaned out and pressure washed, and all the junk hauled away. Raul was responsive to any questions or issues we had, and the team would set aside items for us that may of been valuable so that we could decide what to do with them. Would definitely recommend!"

"I had a mixed experience with this junk hauling service. On the positive side, the team was professional, arrived on time, and handled the items they removed efficiently and with care. The actual hauling work was done well. However, I left the experience feeling somewhat unsatisfied overall. There were aspects of the service that didn?t fully meet my expectations, particularly around communication and clarity on the scope of what would be handled. While the job they completed was done properly, I wish there had been more transparency and follow-through. Overall, they are capable of doing good work, but there?s definitely room for improvement in the customer experience."
