"Before the City dug, Ramon moved 12+ feet of stacked rock from around the front flower bed to protect it. After the City finished their work, Ramon re-built the rock retaining wall, extending it to cover the new (WHITE) clean-out pipe installed right in front. He added some extra rock from the back of our yard, hard work on a hot day. He added a 2nd sprinkler head to the bigger flower bed & filled it with good soil & new plants. Looks great! Ramon noticed our front lawn sprinklers weren't working, so dug a long trench to find the line. City workers had cut the line & fixed it a twist of wire! Ramon got the correct supplies & fixed that, too. He does good work and works hard. We'll recommend him to friends."

"Roger is AMAZING. If I could give more than an A I would. I needed an overall front and back yard clean up with trimming trees and bushes, removing plants and planting new ones. Added topsoil, weed blocker and mulch. We also had him pressure wash all of the brick and pavement around our house front and back. He was professional and punctual, his team is impressively hard working. I added things as they were working and they did everything with a smile and asked if I needed more. Just awesome. "I had problems in our back yard with water pooling during heavy rainfall and was concerned about possible flooding of our house and garage.  We have a pool and concrete patio, so I knew this was not going to be an easy fix.

Rob came out and spent about 2 hours looking over our situation and talking about options.  After he left, he came up with a single plan with components so we could proceed one step at a time, then wait and evaluate the success of that step or do a number of steps at once. 

Since we we were very concerned about the possibility of flooding, we elected to proceed with regrading, adding an exterior drainage line from the garage to the street, replacing an existing line from the house to the street, adding catch basins and re-grading areas around the house and garage.

The work was done at the days and times arranged; the crew was very considerate and professional and the work was beautiful.  

Most importantly, we have had several very heavy rainfalls and the solutions we had implemented by Works By Rob are performing as well as we had hoped.   We had no accumulation of water and no worries!"
