I added a gate to the steps as an after thought to keep my neighbors young kids safe and block access to the water and sand. These guys are THE BEST contractors that I have ever had!!!! Jesus really listens to your project requests that you want done and gives you all the options that you have. He shows you digital images, so you get a better idea what your finish project will look like too. Not once, have I looked outside and saw any of them sitting around or wasting time, even with those mega hot days. I brought them out ice pops to try to cool off. They worked as they ate them too. Their hard work and finished projects caught the eye of neighbors and I believe they scored 2 more jobs, and I am sure they will score more as other neighbors see them! I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. On top of all that, they were efficient, professional and friendly. I could not be happier with Joel and Appliance Driven. They have a new customer for life. "He couldn't come on the day we'd arranged, so he came the next day instead. Our front and back yards were ridiculously overgrown from a year of neglect, but he came with a team of four others and got both yards done in a few hours. Wish I'd hired him sooner. The workmen who pulled the weeds were smart and left our desirable plants untouched: we worried about the parsley and mint especially because people who don't know plants could easily mistake them for weeds. Thankfully, everything was fine. They used a shovel to aerate the soil to a depth of about 3 inches after removing the weeds. They removed all the waste and cleaned up the walkways/courtyard very neatly so I didn't have to worry about bagging anything or sweeping. I plan to hire them again for maintenance pruning and for mulching, probably also to ask them to remove a couple of tree stumps."
