"Very well. I called at 7:15 p.m since I saw the company was still open. The boss answered the phone and said he could send a man over within an hour. By 7:37 the tech was at the house and by 8 the drain was clear and the water had all gone down. There was a $50 surcharge because it was a night visit but I couldn't afford to wait. The tech was courteous and professional--an unbeatable combination. And it was an amazing experience in this day and age of recorded announcements to make a call and get a PERSON at the other end."

"Leo was incredible. I called at 9pm and he was there by midday the next day right on schedule. He even gave a courtesy call ahead of time to let me know he was coming. He listened to what happened, then traced the system to see where he thought the clog would be - in the main pipe going out of the house. He was right - as there was a plastic toy caught in the pipe that had caused the clog. He fished it out through the traps, and everything cleared. He tested the system to make sure all was clear.
