"I used Lane Roofing to repair my flat roof and to replace and install roof shingles. Shawn came out to inspect my project and to give me an estimate was phenomenal. He knew exactly what I needed done for my repair. Thank you Shawn for your professionalism and expertise. Nicely done! 😊"

"We had our roof replaced in June. Carl's did an excellent job and the roof looks great! The workers were all great and they cleaned up the job perfect. Eric, the overseeing person at the job daily, was so knowledgeable. It was comforting knowing someone like him was there for the two days to visually overlook the job and inform us of what was going on. Our sales person, Will, was great as well. There were many calls and text that went back and forth before we decided to move forward and he answered all our questions. I highly recommend them."

"My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with National Home Improvements for a siding, window, and gutter home improvement project on our house. We were thrilled with the quality of work and the excellent customer service that was provided by the owner Ralph and his team. Right from the start, Ralph was very responsive to our needs and concerns. He listened to our suggestions and offered advice to ensure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. We were also impressed by his transparency and willingness to work with us on pricing, making sure that we stayed within our budget providing the most competitive pricing out of all the quotes we received. It's worth mentioning that out of the four contractors and three quotes we received for this project, National Home Improvements was the only contractor that consistently followed up and showed a genuine interest in the project. One contractor never got back to us with a quote after spending time with us discussing details of the project., which made our decision to work with Ralph and his team an easy one. One of the highlights of the project was working with Charles, who installed 17 windows along with trim in record time. He was efficient, detail-oriented, and a true professional in every sense of the word. We were amazed by his expertise and dedication to getting the job done right. We also had the pleasure of working with Luis and his siding team, who worked tirelessly from 8am to dark every day in the chilly New Jersey February weather. They were approachable and always willing to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We greatly appreciated their hard work and dedication to making sure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. Additionally, they made sure to clean up the site every day, which was a nice touch. One thing that really stood out to us was Luis's attention to detail. For example, we planned on reusing our existing shutters, Luis noticed that three pairs were too long for the windows, which would have looked odd if they had been installed as-is. Luis brought this to our attention, and we were able to reuse most of our existing shutters and replace the three pairs that were too long. We were grateful for Luis's sharp eye and expertise, as it saved us from making a mistake that would have marred the appearance of our home and bothered me every time I drove up the driveway. It was a stark contrast to a contractor we worked with previously who had installed these shutters that were too long and never mentioned it to us. I must also mention the exceptional work done by Bruno and the gutter installation team at National Home Improvements. The installation was completed in one day, and we hardly noticed the team was working because they were so quiet and efficient. We opted for 6-inch round gutters, which turned out to be a great decision. We recently had a big storm, and our new gutters performed perfectly. The old 4-inch gutters would have overflowed, causing possible damage to our home. In the interest of fairness and transparency, I must also mention an issue we had with an outside electrical receptacle that did not meet our expectations. Ralph immediately connected us with an electrician the same day to assess the situation. By the next day, a proper outside receptacle and weatherproof box were installed to our satisfaction. The electrician did a great job, and we were very pleased with the quick resolution of the issue. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the work that National Home Improvements has done on our home. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to work with us to ensure our satisfaction were truly second to none. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality home improvement services. We would work with them again in the future."

"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."

"said I had atleast 5 more years on roof....didn't last a year, never gave me the final written results. dont waste your money..u"

"To many other roofers in the NYC Greater region- take note, Vandelay has you beat by quite a bit in terms of understanding a client and the particular needs of the job.  I went through a half dozen estimates and site visits; Vandelay and one other contractor where the only ones who were able to produce a timely, considered estimate.  And this was in the down season!
Regarding the job itself.  It presented several unknowns that Bob and his crew were able to work through and develop solutions to in a timely manner.  The demo went smoothly as well as the new installs and final flashing and chalking details.  At this point, the new roof has been through several storms and seems to be doing quite well.  If there is a problem, Bob seems more that capable to address per the contract, which I certainly appreciate.
Its clear he has a lot of experience doing what he knows, and doing it well.  He has good intuition and understanding of a job and the individuals and characters that might be involved, and how to work with them effectively (including myself likely :)
I've been through a couple of roof jobs at this point on various structures, and felt confident with Bob throughout the job; there were no instances that I felt were be minimized or neglected.  And importantly for a Condo building in NYC, Bob's crew made sure that they premise was CLEANER than when they left which is often a big deal with testy unit owners.
Overall, very pleased with both the estimation process, keeping on budget and timeframe and delivering a sound roof in material and craftmanship.  Highly recommended.

"The roof install turned out awesome. Sales person was also great with hge. Cleaned up was also spot on. The roofing guys were very responsive too. If I had to sum everything up it was excellent."

"very well..He was willing to give us a needed written report. Other roofers would not include a written report even for a fee"
