He came back a couple hours later and realized that the cabinet above the range hood was leaning to the right and becoming loose from the wall. Even though it had nothing to do with the work I hired him for, he stayed for several hours to make sure the cabinets were secure and level. He put his blood, sweat and tears into the job! I dont know too many contractors would come back, let alone fix something that had nothing to do with the reason I hired him. Hes a real gem! "

I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."
