He was extremely friendly knowledgeable, and professional. he took his time to walk the property with my Insurance Adjustor and point out all of the damages that the foreseeable eye could not even see. He is really Experienced and Educated and he, his company and crew is very Qualified and Respected in the business. "Gothic completed multi-faceted work including removal of chimney, replace framing and roofing along with building a new gas fireplace bump out where the old chimney was. After removal and disposal of the old brick and block chimney Gothic replaced water damaged structural members, replaced sheathing on both the wall and roof and framed and sheathed a new gas fireplace insert bump out. Gothic resided the new bump out matching the old vinyl siding perfectly, installed asphalt shingles on the repaired roof section, again matching the old work perfectly. All work was permitted and passed inspection with no issues, and they removed all the construction debris and cleaned the area such that I had no cleanup to do. I will be hiring them again for future work."

After reviewing the situation, he suggested a better and less costly solution than other contractors who provided a quote. When I agreed to proceed with the work, an appointment was made for 2 days later at 11AM. The crew arrived on time. The foreman called me 20 minutes before arrival. The work was performed in a timely and professional manner. I unequivocally recommend them for gutter replacement or repairs."

"Went well, would work with them again. Incredibly professional throughout. We actually found out about them through a team of theirs that was going house to house. Very slick presentation. We needed gutters repaired after a neighbor's tree came down and tore up our existing ones. They actually looked at our siding and windows and didn't recommend replacing at this time, which was really refreshing. The only, very minor, nit we have to pick is that the guys who actually came and did the work ended up leaving metal scraps on the roof and some on the ground, which with 2 active and young children, and a dog, we have some concerns with. Otherwise the work looks great and we're happy with it."
