"Working with Overstate was the right choice. I had 3 companies coming in and giving me quotes to replace the entire roof , including installing new plywood since it was a cedar shake . Yani walked me through the whole process, we improved the venting which was a good thing and I got a brand new Owens Corning shingle roof . I?ll definitely recommend to friends and neighbours ."

"Sam is honest , professional and insists on getting the job done right. I had him look at my flooding issue and he was the only contractor to find out the source of the flood and not sell me solutions outright. I also had him replace and repair the roof on my car port. Job was done on time , and more importantly , it was done right and in an excellent manner. His crew is also excellent."

"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."
