"We met with Jim in March and went over our needs for a yard that includes wet/dry zones and was having new flower beds installed in the spring. Jim presented a great plan and was open to suggestions which included changing the zones in the far back from vertical to horizontal. He explained his process of doing spring openings first before he did new installs. The spring of 2019 was a record setting wet spring so our project was delayed until July. Jim stayed in contact and was able to accommodate us as his first residential install for 2019. He showed up as promised with a crew ready to work and finished the job in the 3-day time frame. He was able to creatively work through challenges so the system meets our needs. I LOVE having the entire system controlled from an app on my phone. The app is intuitive and it is easy to create multiple schedules involving a variety of zones - some are grass and others are flower beds. The system is flexible and additional heads can be installed as we add more plants to our landscaping. We also have a rain monitor that works in conjunction with the local NWS reporting station. Jim and his crew are professional, easy to work with and nice to dogs who need a break outside during the day. I highly recommend Jim and his crew!"

I was very pleased with the quality of his work and professionalism. The control unit for the sprinkler system was about 20 + years old. So I decided to bring Eli's Landscaping out again and upgrade our system. Again, Eli took the time to properly install the new control unit and explained how to program the new system. "I can’t speak highly enough of Francisco and his crew at Tricolor. They were on time with the projected start date. Francisco and his whole crew were extremely professional. They picked up after themselves and left no trash around at all. They took their time and clearly take pride in their work. They didn’t rush through the job. Every brick was checked with a level. They also went above and beyond to make sure our sprinkler system was working properly. They found some pipes cracked and heads that need replaced. Also, rerouted a sprinkler line and head as it was covered by the company that did the concrete work. The landscape around our patio looks amazing. I would hire Tricolor for ANY future projects."
