"We had a horrible experience with another company and went to Angi’s list and randomly called Chimney All Nation. Not only did they quickly respond but was at our home in a few hours - they repaired our chimney, replacing bricks and mortor and ordered a part for our flue. Beyond happy and grateful for the work that was done. Would recommend without hesitation!!"

"I sent a quote request to Jose the other day to replace my chimney cap which had blown off earlier in the week. About an hour later I got a phone call and that evening he came by to assess the job and provide me a quote. The next morning at 8am, he was on my roof getting the job done. For the gutters, he removed my gutter guards, cleaned out everything thoroughly, and sent me pictures showing me his work. I will absolutely call Jose again in the future for similar jobs. I've already recommended him to a few people for gutter cleaning services, hopefully they will be calling him soon."

Emergency services offered

"I bought the pipe and arranged a time for them to return next time they were in the area. This appointment was changed several times at their request. Each time it was rescheduled, I asked that they phone me before arriving so that I could kennel the dogs and not engage in business conference calls which would be interrupted (I have a home office). A different crew from the one that did the cleaning just showed up without notice. Before starting the repair, they asked if I was quoted a price. I said no. I was not expecting to be charged for 15 minutes worth of work on an easily accessed area that could have been done during the cleaning, especially for a repeat customer that was charged $300 for each service. Upon being told it would be $200, I dismissed them.
No one called from the front office to apologize or offer to install the pipe at no charge as a favor to a good customer. No one seems to have been embarrassed about trying to rip me off.
To be honest, their work was okay, but I fault them on their business tactics. They will never do my house again or get a recommendation.
