Roofing project was completed by early afternoon and the team worked very efficiently to get this done in 1 day. The gutter installation was scheduled immediately after completion and finished 4 days later. Ali, AJ, Jamie and the entire crew were unbelievable and made things stress free. "A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

Installation was only one day and there was a quality check afterwards. Also appreciated the use of a phone app to stay on top of dates and expectations. Excellent window installation experience. "Arnaldo and his crew did an awesome job on fixing a bouncy floors, sheetrocking, removing/fixing odd and shoddily done things that were done by the previous owner that made the floorplan unworkable,laying new floors and making our house beautiful! He was honest with quoting the work that had to be done and was very responsive and timely. Was courteous and cleaned up after every days work and did a good job in a reasonable amount of time. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier.
