"Wow! Let me start by saying I had several contractors come by to give me estimates on fixing some major concerns I’ve had in my yard for quite a while. I needed a professional who could complete everything I needed at a reasonable price. Well, Mr Julio Escobar (ET General Contractor Inc) was able to accommodate everything I needed done. He listened to everything I needed and provided excellent suggestions as to the right approach to do the job. This entailed re-sloping my backyard to direct water away from my house foundation and installing a drainage system in my backyard. My backyard was a barren wasteland that needed quite a bit of work. I had barely any grass on one side with many trees that I wanted removed in order to get more sunlight and allow grass to grow. Julio’s crew did an amazing job (cut down trees, removed all branch/log debris and grinded/ground the stumps down to the roots). His crew planted 29 Japanese Cedar trees along my fence line. My appreciation goes out to Julio Escobar for working with the nursery to get me all Japanese Cedars instead of the Leyland Cypress trees. Exactly what I wanted all along. God Bless you! He and his crew trucked in tons of river rock to lay around my pool and along the foundation in the back of the house and then laid, I forget how many, rolls of sod. These guys worked hard and in the worst heat of the summer. Lastly, but definitely not least he and his crew brought in clean topsoil and organic compost, grass seed, and fertilizer to cover my front yard (that also was a wasteland). After that he aerated the area and laid sod on the sides of my driveway so that there would be no run off when it rained. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, and attentive Mr Escobar and his entire crew were throughout the entire job. I would definitely use them again for future projects. My finished project is a retaining wall (3 feet tall by 40 feet wide) and a patio (12x24 feet) with beautiful pavers on both. The landscaping around the wall and patio was just what I wanted with river rock and plants. He transplanted the young trees that I wanted to keep and helped me pick out plants for the rest of the project. I had not imagined including lighting, but Elijah suggested it, and the lighting is beautiful. I also had a walkway installed that matches the paver patio style. "My family was very happy with the services provided by Superior Landscaping. At first our project started out small but as my wife and I became more appreciative of Troy and his honest feedback and recommendations, we expanded the scope to include more services. 1.) Installation of french drain - We started with just a french drain to address standing water issues in our front and side yards. Superior installed a "horseshoe" french drain the surrounded both sides of the house and backyard, draining water from the gutters, sump pump and yard to the street. After 1+ month since the french drain was installed we've noticed a tremendous improvement with the usability of our yard after a heavy rainfall. No more soggy/muddy spots. The materials used and dimensions for the trench seemed very good to allow for the needed drainage. 2.) Installation of Patio and Retaining Walls/Garden Edging - We expanded the project to gain more usable space in our backyard with the addition of a patio and retaining wall. The work involved excavation of areas around an existing deck to create a flat and usable patio for entertaining. It allowed us a nice space to place a firepit, chairs and also an area where our children can play. With the patio a retaining wall was installed that also has the height to serve as a sitting area. This was expanded the other garden beds in the front and back of the house. The craftsmanship of the work was top notch. 3.) With all the excavation required, we included the installation of sod to our back yard and part of our side yards. Proper compost soil and very fresh sod were laid down. A month later the grass looks amazing! All garden beds were also mulched and trees were trimmed to allow for more sunlight in the backyard."

"We bought a house that had a severely damaged chimney that looked as if it would fall over and bust through our roof after a modest gust of wind.  A&T came out and did a quick estimate for us which was quite a bit cheaper than other companies and they also did not try to up-sell us to do additional work (replacing flue, etc) using scare tactics.  We quickly scheduled them to come out a week after the estimate in order to do the work.  They probably would have come out even sooner but we waited to get a final quote from another company.  
They arrived promptly at their window and did all the work with neither my wife or I required to be home (a huge huge plus).  They estimated that the work may take up to a day and a half, but finished in half of a day.  After completion of the job they emailed me some photos of the chimney so that I could see what they had done up close without having to get up on a 40 foot ladder.
I would give them A's all around just for what I described, but they went above and beyond.  Because they had some left over materials, they patched up some cracking that they saw on my roof while they were up there  I actually think that this even fixed a small leak in our sun room that I was going to have someone else come out and look out.  Amazing job - would absolutely hire again.
