"The work was scheduled fast and the workers were very professional, hard working and respectful. The floor replacement was the easier of the two. LLB had the wood available to match the existing floors in the place. So we didn't have to do much and the price included everything. The work was done professionally and very efficiently within a few days and the floors are beautiful! Bekar even answered some text questions on cleaners for the wood the first time I mopped those floors. The kitchen was a far more complicated job. The old tile had to be removed and the cabinetry couldn't be removed. We had to pick out our own tile and grout, which we did from the Tile Shop, with some guidance from Bekar as to the size, the type of tile (porcelain) and what to avoid. The floor underneath, which was over a crawl space, was very uneven and had nails sticking up. At first the floor looked beautiful but a few days after the work was done, we found some areas of grout that needed some touch ups and we decided we needed a different transition piece between the wood floor and the kitchen tile, as the tile was a bit higher and we were worried people could trip walking into the kitchen on the piece put there. I contacted LLB and Alex, the guy who had worked on the kitchen, came back to give me options for the transition piece. As I wanted time to consider the best option, he did some work on the grout and scheduled a different morning to come back to work on the transition piece. He even came up with a solution to a floor trim being on different levels. And he also fixed some other spots of the grout which had settled in a funny way and needed a bit of work. I judge a company not only by how well they do the job the first time but whether they are willing to come back to fix issues, big and small. This tells me how much they value customer satisfaction and in this case LLB came through."

"I called Len up on Monday, October 23, 2017 and explained what I thought I needed. He said he would be working near me on Tuesday October 24th and could come and take a look around noon. He showed up right on time and explained the tiles were loose and needed more than re-grouting. He explained that more than likely something was wrong with the floor under the tile. He would know more when he took up the tiles. We agreed upon a price and he said they could do the job Wednesday morning, October 25th. Len and Bill showed up at 8:30 Wednesday morning and when he popped up 3 floor tiles he found that the cement board floor needed to be screwed down better. They secured the floor with the proper screws, re-cemented the tiles, and re-grouted with a matching grout. They also put a sealer in the grout to help protect the floor and keep it clean. They were extremely clean and efficient and completed the job in 3 1/2 hrs. I would definitely use VIP Grout & Tile Concepts again."

"I previously used Stanley Steemer in New Jersey but I have moved to Southampton so I wanted to get the carpets cleaned before I moved into my new house. The team from Stanley Steemer arrived within the scheduled window and did a great job cleaning the carpets. We had gotten paint onto one of the carpets so they worked at trying to get most of it out, and really made a great improvement in that room. Because some of the carpets are older they didn't even try to sell me the carpet protector package which I greatly appreciated. I felt the price was fair and will definitely use them again. <br />"
