"There was a small leak several months after they installed the flat roofs, which apparently was a caulking issue. BRyan came out and fixed it and there was no leak thereafter into the room below. They gave a 20 year warranty so I wanted an inspection this year to keep the warranty valid. Bryan came out again and was very thorough in his inspection of the three flat roofs that they installed the previous year. Everything looked good. I am very happy with Tycos. Also the owner Christine whom Iâ ve exchanged emails with is very prompt in her responses and courteous.Itâ s nice to know that they will back up their work! PS. Brian is not only thorough, but very reliable. When he was going to be a half hour late he gave me the courtesy of a phone call."

"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."

Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. I have 4200sq foot home and I had a full re-do completed.
I live in an area with tons of trees and not having gutter guards, is not an option.
The most expensive guards are rated #1 in consumer reports, and the rest are just not as good.

Each provided a bid for the same work with similar or identical materials, and found a high degree of consistency among the bids. All four diagnosed the problem as requiring the replacement of the entire roof for the best and most lasting outcome and they proposed nearly identical steps to do the job. All recommended replacing two skylights along with the roof, adding ridge vents in sections where there were none, and noted the likelihood of needing to replace plywood decking in at least some areas.
