We want all the details.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Brandon and Allan came out to do the air ducts - they were personable, professional, punctual, and up front about what I could expect for the outcome. They made every effort to keep the condo clean while they worked.  I was very pleased with the service provided.  If that was the only service provided they would have gotten an A from me.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <p>Then Dave and Troy came out to do the upholstery and blinds for me.  They did vacuum the most of the blinds (they missed 2 in a bedroom) and cleaned the chairs and ottoman.  Everything seemed to be going fine until they left.  I found after they left that 2 of my blinds were no longer working and they had not informed me of the fact before they left. I called to report the problem and they sent another team out the next day.  They were misinformed about the type of blind they were sent to repair and could not do anything about my broken blinds.  However they did clean the missed blinds for me at no charge. </p> <p>They told me that Jesse would contact me about next steps to resolve my problem.  It took 2 weeks and another call from me to get a response.  They are now shipping my blinds out to Levelor for repair at no cost to me.  </p> <p>Everything they cleaned for me came out looking much better, as I had hoped.  Had they handled the problem we encountered in a forthright and timely manner I would have been able to say I was generally satisfied with the service.  I think I would probably hire them again to do work for me - give them one more chance.</p> <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "The service went great. I paid an additional fee for the truck. I feel like the ad could have been clearer about not including the truck. Two movers came out and completed the move in 2 hours. They did a great job and did everything we asked. Nothing was damaged during the move. They moved a lot of heavy items without any complaints. They were able to fit a lot more in the truck than we would have thought. I had no problem scheduling the deal. They were late but they called to let us know. I would definitely use them again."

"The husband and wife team drove over 2 1/2 hours to accommodate my needs with only a few days notice. We agreed in advance that I would pay an hourly rate for their travel time. They cleaned exactly as agreed, using mostly products that I had already, and they provided whatever they needed that I did not already have (such as leather cleaner). They worked h****** my very large home (three finished stories, 5 bedrooms, 2 baths) and completed the job in six hours - including windows! They were very careful with my property and showed respect for my older home. They were professional, but not to the point of wearing uniforms, which I don't find necessary, but that is the only reason I did not give them the highest rating for professionalism. I would recommend matching polo shirts or printed tshirts with their logo on it to improve their professional image. The price was at the top of the range in my opinion, so for that price I would expect not to have found a few spider webs that were missed in the living areas and dusty window blinds. But in their defense, they did tell me that they could have spent another whole day in my home doing detail work and I agree that my house has that much detail - it is a house built in the 1920's with lots of woodwork and mouldings throughout. Other than that, they did do a great job and I felt everything was very clean when they finished. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others."
