Thomas came out, thoroughly inspected the issues, provided a clear quote, and then Chase got to work right away. The two make a fantastic team and communicate clearly throughout the process. The major problem I had involved improper flashing. Chase removed the continuous flashing and installed proper step flashing, which required additional siding work. The finished result looked dramatically sharper. The difference in craftsmanship compared to the previous work was honestly shocking. My 2nd, smaller problem, turned out to be far more serious. Chase discovered major installation errors, to include 28” of underlayment missing from a peak! He fixed the shingles, repaired the siding, added gutters, and even painted to ensure a seamless, finished appearance. When it comes to the work on the roof, Chase is a one-man operation, so the job may take longer, but that’s why his work is FAR superior."
