"The team came out twice and did not fix our clog, but insisted on payment even though their promissed ?sure fix? to hydrogen did not work . They insisted on payment and kept adding additional fees that were not announced in the quote.. They threatened to file a lien against our house if we didn?t pay. Meanwhile they didn?t fix the issue but are asking to get paid. Very shady business tactics and we feel very much scammed by them ."

They made it so we could use the toilets until they could come out the next day to make the drain repairs and pump our septic tank. We had more problems (not from the first repairs) with our bathroom and they came back out that day to determine what else was wrong and completed the repairs the next day.
