When the job is finished and you are not satisfied and ask him to honor his warranty and fix the problem, he becomes defensive, sarcastic and rude taking no ownership in his poor workmanship. He does not honor his "workmanship" warranty even when home inspectors and other professionals identify specific issues with his work...unless your roof is physically leaking. I had to call his office several times to get someone back out to my house to fix other issues, including rotted decking under new shingles his company installed and unfinished work. Run from this business! Read the complaints with the BBB and google the lawsuits filed against his company."
