"The entire crew was amazing!! My first project was a roof along with wood siding repair, house painting, and installing a railing the entire length of my front porch. The price was fair and the work was completed as the weather would allow. It did not take long at all. I was kept updated on all progress and of any issue that arose promptly. This project was done Oct 2020. My 2nd project was an interior remodel that included pretty much a full gut of the kitchen, installing wood beam to open up the area, complete interior house painting, and installation of new flooring. The project took about 2 months. The cabinetry is what took the longest to come in which caused a slight delay, but no complaints. I was kept updated every few days on progress and any issues that arose. The finished product is wonderful and I get so many compliments. I have a few more projects to complete and I do not trust my home to anyone else at this point. So, Jose and his team will be hearing from me again soon."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"It was really a pleasure to work with Noah of JMI Roofing. We had a small job - just to replace the dryer vent cover on our roof that had broken off in a storm. We called other places, and two said they didn't have time for it at all, another estimated a rate of 150% of Noah's and said it would be 3-4 weeks before they could get to it! I called Noah on Monday, he came out Tuesday to give an estimate, and said he could do the job on Wednesday! We ended up waiting a few more days to do it, for our own reasons, but Noah was super patient and easy to work with as we figured out our schedule. Once I told Noah we were ready to commit, he said they could come the next day to do the job. I was really impressed by Noah's promptness and rate. He also did a small grout job for our shower for free! He was also really easy to get ahold of. He replied almost immediately to my texts and we talked on the phone several times. A big improvement over people who take days to respond to your questions! One last thing - we built our house a few years ago, and the manager of our build (who is super knowledgeable about construction in NWA) said he had only heard good things about JMI Roofing!
