He also diagnosed the issue we have been having and quoted me a very reasonable price to replace the pipe. I will definitely be calling him to replace the main line when we are ready. "Great. Old water heater busted during the holidays. Don came out to replace with a tankless model on New Years Day. He came back a few days later to address a whistle noise (fixed with a larger gas line) and install recirculation line for instant hot water to back of house at no additional charge. I'd recommend Road Runner highly based on my experience."
